The Great Occasions Guide to Event Planning

Reservations & Deposits
A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold your requested date. One half of the rental fee is required at the time of the contract signing. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due no later than six months prior to the scheduled event. Any other applicable fees are due thirty days prior to the scheduled event. We accept checks (corporate or personal), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Pricing
We offer flexible pricing options at Great Occasions, because we understand that your money and your guests' time is valuable. Whether you have an important daytime corporate meeting, an afternoon birthday party, or an elaborate evening wedding reception, we can accommodate you.

• Hourly rates are available for the meeting rooms.
• Daytime rates are available from 8:00am–3:00pm.
• Evening rates are available from 5:00pm–12:00am (midnight).
• All-day rates from 10:00am–10:00pm

*Menu selections must be submitted two months prior to the event date. Ten days prior to the event, we will meet with you to discuss all other arrangements, such as your seating plan and personal accessories that make your function special.
